The leasing staff are consistently friendly, genuinely helpful, and readily available whenever you need assistance, which truly makes a difference in the day-to-day living experience. Additionally, the on-site amenities are exceptional and beautifully maintained. Whether you want to relax by the pool, work out in the gym, shoot hoops on the basketball court, hang out in the clubhouse, or find a quiet space in the study rooms, everything you need is right here. Getting packages is incredibly easy and secure thanks to the electronic package locker system. Parking is available right outside your assigned building. This is a great option for students attending SIUE. If you are looking for a well-managed community that perfectly balances great amenities and a supportive staff, this is a fantastic place to call home

This year is much better than the previous year. My roommates are nice and clean.
And I kept enjoying the gym and other services the social provides.

Great for first time
Nice area you can even leave you car unlocked and not worry about it but be aware sometimes people steal your paid parking spot so you might have to tow them
