Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s been good. The environment is nice and the staff is great. I like all the amenities. The only thing that sucks is the rent, which I feel is a little much. It is a lot cheaper to rent a house with roommates than live in an apartment.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have loved living here so far during my 2.5 years. I enjoy the property overall and the amenities it has to offer. The maintenance team is also wonderful.The only complaint I have about The Social Edwardsville is that some important things should be sent out via text and not just on Instagram. For example, the notice about throwing away pumpkins to avoid a fee was only posted on instagram, so some residents may have not been aware. Additionally, most of the resident appreciation week events were only advertised on Instagram and that is not fair to the paying residents who may not be on Instagram.
